Key Exhibitor Dates & Deadlines

ASPS provides exhibitors with complete planning information needed to successfully prepare for their exhibit experience at Plastic Surgery The Meeting. This website will serve as a reliable resource during pre-planning and while on-site. Participating exhibitors will also receive periodic Exhibitor eNewsletters to keep them informed of any important updates and provide reminders for upcoming deadlines and discounts for booth services/equipment. Please make sure to include a current exhibitor contact email address in the application for this purpose.

PSTM24 Exhibit Hall Dates and Times:

  • Friday, September 27, 2024 | Opening: 9:30am PST & Closing: 5:00pm PST

  • Saturday, September 28, 2024 | Opening 9:30am PST & Closing 5:00pm PST

  • Sunday, September 29, 2024 | Opening 9:30am PST & Closing 1:30pm PST

Dedicated Exhibit Hours (Daily):

  • 9:30am - 10:30am PST Morning Break 

  • 12:30pm - 2:00pm PST Lunch in the Exhibit Hall 

  • 3:30pm - 5:00pm PST Afternoon Break (*Except Sunday the Exhibit Hall will close at 1:30pm PST) 


Key Exhibitor Deadline Dates:

  • Exhibit application and 50% deposit due to be included in online space assignment

  • Cancellations and reductions of space between this date through June 19 are subject to $550 processing fee

  • Online Space Assignment finalized

  • Cancellations received between this date through July 2 are subject to 50% penalty and $550 processing fee

  • Early Bird pricing ends

  • Final payments due for all exhibit space rentals

  • Exhibitor badge registration website opens

  • Exhibitor service manual available online (Freeman)

  • 100% payment due with exhibit space application begins 

  • No refunds issued for cancellations or downsizing requests submitted after this date

  • 50% refund for exhibit space cancellation or downsizing ends

  • Industry Meetings/Function Space Request Form due

  • Intent to Hold a Raffle/Drawing Form due 

  • Intent to Distribute Booth Giveaways/Novelty Items Form due 

  • Advance attendee mailing list orders due (suggested date)

  • Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) forms due to ASPS

  • Floor Plan drawings due for review and approval (20'x20' booths or larger)

  • Exhibitor installation begins 8:00am - 5:00pm PST

  • Direct shipments accepted beginning at 8:00am PST

  • All exhibits will be intact by 2:00pm PST* Any exhibit not set by 2:00pm PST will  presumed abandoned (unless permission has been granted in advance), and no monies will be refunded. If there is a display in the booth, the general contractor will set-up the display and the exhibitor will be charged for installation and dismantle (I&D) services. 

  • Direct shipments accepted through 5:00pm PST

  • Exhibit Hall Officially Opens at 9:30am PST

  • Exhibit Hall Officially Closes at 1:30 pm PST

  • Dismantle of exhibit hall  1:30 - 8:00 pm PST

  • Dismantle 8:00am- 12:30 pm PST

  • All exhibit material must be removed from the Exhibit Hall by 12:00 pm PST

  • Post-meeting attendee mailing list order form (suggested deadline)
