ASPS provides exhibitors with complete planning information needed to successfully prepare for their exhibit experience at Plastic Surgery The Meeting. This website will serve as a reliable resource during pre-planning and while on-site. Participating exhibitors will also receive periodic Exhibitor eNewsletters to keep them informed of any important updates and provide reminders for upcoming deadlines and discounts for booth services/equipment. Please make sure to include a current exhibitor contact email address in the application for this purpose.

  • Friday, October 29, 2021 | Opening: 9am ET & Closing: 4:30pm ET
  • Saturday, October 30, 2021 | Opening 9am ET & Closing 4:30pm ET
  • Sunday, October 31, 2021 | Opening 9am ET & Closing 4:30pm ET

Unopposed Exhibit Hall Hours (Daily):

  • 9am - 10am ET
  • 12pm - 1:30pm ET
  • 3pm - 4:30pm ET

  • Exhibit application and 50% deposit due to be included in online space assignment (Early Bird Window - additional 50% not due until June 29)
  • Cancellations and reductions of space are subject to $550 processing fee

  • 100% payment due with exhibit space application begins (Early Bird Window closed)
  • Cancellations received between this date July 2 subject to 50% penalty and $550 processing fee

  • Applications received after May 26, 2021 will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis

  • All exhibit material must be removed from the Exhibit Hall by 4:30 pm
  • Post-meeting attendee mailing list order form (suggested deadline)
  • Last day to complete and submit the exhibitor survey to qualify for 1/2 priority point bonus

  • Post-meeting attendee mailing list orders fulfilled (mailer proof and payment required)
  • Last day for 2021 first-time exhibitors to receive resigning bonuses
