Inline Booths: $3,400 per booth
(linear booths in 100 sq. ft. increments; traffic on one side)

Corner Booths: $3,800 per booth ($400 per additional corner)
(linear booths in 100 sq. ft. increments; traffic on two sides)

Island Booths: $38/square foot (min. 400 sq. ft.)
(400 sq. ft. and larger; traffic on four sides)

Included With Exhibit Space:

  • 8’ high back drape and 36” high side dividers (linear booths only)
  • 7” x 44” identification sign with company name and booth number (100 - 200 sq. ft. linear booths only)
  • One (1) small wastebasket and booth number identifier
  • Aisle carpeting is included throughout the exhibit hall; this does not include required booth carpeting/flooring
  • Complimentary company description and product listing in the online exhibitor directory and The Meeting App.
  • One (1) complimentary attendee name list provided 2-3 weeks prior to the meeting (full mailing list available for purchase)
  • Complimentary access to all morning and afternoon breaks and receptions in the exhibit hall

Badges and Event Tickets:

  • Five (5) complimentary exhibitor booth personnel badges, per 10’ x 10’ booth/100 sq. ft. (additional badges available for purchase)
  • Two (2) complimentary Welcome Reception tickets per 10’ x 10’ booth/100 sq. ft., not to exceed 10 per company (additional tickets available for purchase)
  • Two (2) complimentary Exhibitor Lunch Vouchers per 10' x 10' booth/100 sq. ft. (additional vouchers available for purchase)
  • Complimentary access to all non-ticketed/open scientific programming*
*Registration and payment is required for ticketed programs; exhibitor badge is required for access to all scientific programming and seating is based on availability.  All company representatives must adhere to the ASPS Corporate Firewall Policy in compliance with the ACCME Standards for Commercial Support.

Please note that exhibit space rental for this meeting does not include the price of additional services either elected or required, if not outlined above in the included items. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
