ASPS provides exhibitors with complete planning information needed to successfully prepare for their exhibit experience at Plastic Surgery The Meeting. The Exhibitors’ Website will serve as a reliable resource during pre-planning and while on-site. Participating exhibitors will also receive periodic Exhibitor eNewsletters to keep them informed of any important updates and provide reminders for upcoming deadlines and discounts for booth services/equipment. Please make sure to include a current exhibitor contact email address in the application for this purpose.

Sponsorship and Advertising Deadlines
Exhibitors participating in sponsorship and advertising will have additional production and fulfillment deadlines, please review those dates as well.

  • Cancellations and reductions of space submitted on or before this date, subject to $550 processing fee
  • 100% payment due with exhibit space application begins
