This indispensable on-site reference is distributed to all registered attendees. The Official Program features comprehensive meeting information including a schedule of all scientific presentations, instructional courses, social events, listing of exhibits and products, society leadership information, floor plans and Chicago-specific information.

Hotel Door Drop

Sept. 29 Hotel Room Delivery (early Saturday morning)

Generate greater awareness for your company and booth to plastic surgeons, nurses, technicians and paramedicals with your promotional material inserted into 3,000 bags. These bags will be delivered to medical professionals at their hotel rooms Saturday, Sept. 29 - early morning. Quantity of 3,000 is based on projected attendance and room blocks. Any remaining bags will be distributed in the McCormick Place.

All participating advertisers in this year's Door Drop will have their company logo printed on one side of the bag. Reservation and logo must be received by the space closing date.

NOTE: Due to their weight and bulk, magazines, newspapers and other publications will not be permitted in the Door Drop. Circulation is based on projected attendance and room blocks at the time the rate card is prepared.
