Online Space Assignment
Applications/Contracts received on or prior to March 15, 2018 accompanied by the required deposit are eligible to be included. The Online Space Assignment process allows exhibitors to participate in their booth selection that will take place May 2-4, 2018. Each company is assigned a call-in date and time, based on their current priority points and Priority Point System, to ﬁnalize their booth selection.
- On or Prior to March 15
Select booth size and submit the completed and signed exhibit space application/contract, including a minimum deposit of 50%.
- After April 2
All applications for space received after this date will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and full payment is due with application.
- On or After May 10
Exhibitors may select preferred booth locations and sizes based on the published floor plan. Submit a completed application and full payment to reserve space.
Applications should include up to four (4) preferred booth locations and will be assigned on a ﬁrst-come, ﬁrst-served basis
A wait list will begin once all available space is assigned. All companies on this list will be contacted, based on the date of application and payment submission, as space becomes available.
