Booth Installation and Dismantling Schedule

Installation Schedule

Wednesday, October 8               8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST

Thursday, October 9                   8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. CST

  • All exhibit crates must be removed from the exhibit floor by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 9.  No exceptions will be allowed.
  • The exhibit area is not carpeted. The aisles are not carpeted. Show management requires all exhibitors to provide flooring for their booth.
  • Floor covering must be installed by 2:00 p.m on Thursday, October 9. Please notify ASPS staff if you will be using your own floor covering by no later than Setptember 29, 2025.
  • Any exhibit booth not set to booth guidelines by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 9. (Booths will be forced and penalized by a deduction of priority points by ASPS) 
  • Exhibitors are expected to make travel arrangements in accordance with the official exhibit schedule.

Booth Dismantling Schedule

Sunday, October 12                    1:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. CST

Monday, October 13                    8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. CST

  • All exhibits MUST REMAIN INTACT until the official closing time - Sunday, October 13 at 1:30 p.m. If a booth is dismantled prior to this time, a violation notice will be issued based on the 'booth violations'.
  • To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor Move-Out deadline please have all carriers check in by October 13 at 10:00 am.
  • Any exhibit materials remaining unboxed on the exhibit floor may be mistaken for disposables.
  • Exhibit material or damaged exhibits remaining in the convention center after the contracted move-out time has expired will be removed by Freeman at the expense of the exhibitor.
  • These rules apply to all exhibitors, including non-profit organizations.

New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center Halls H & I

Exhibits will be held in Exhibit Hall H and I at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, please reference the Facility Floor Plans for an overview of the center. The convention center is located at 900 Convention Center Blvd.
New Orleans, LA 70130, however, this address should not be used for shipping.

  • Ship early to avoid delays and save money.
  • Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded material beginning September 08, 2025 at the above address.
  • Material arriving after October 01, 2025 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.
  • Please note that the Freeman Warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or unskidded machinery), COD shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 5,000 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108"H x 93"W.
  • Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
  • Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.
