Key Exhibitor Dates & Deadlines

ASPS provides exhibitors with complete planning information needed to successfully prepare for their exhibit experience at Plastic Surgery The Meeting. This website will serve as a reliable resource during pre-planning and while on-site. Participating exhibitors will also receive periodic Exhibitor eNewsletters to keep them informed of any important updates and provide reminders for upcoming deadlines and discounts for booth services/equipment. Please make sure to include a current exhibitor contact email address in the application for this purpose.

PSTM23 Exhibit Hall Dates and Times:

  • Friday, October 27, 2023 | Opening: 9:30am CST & Closing: 5:00pm CST

  • Saturday, October 28, 2023 | Opening 9:30am CST & Closing 5:00pm CST

  • Sunday, October 29, 2023 | Opening 9:30am CST & Closing 2:00pm CST

Dedicated Exhibit Hours (Daily):

  • 9:30am - 10:30am CST Morning Break 

  • 12:30pm - 2:00pm CST Lunch in the Exhibit Hall 

  • 3:30pm - 5:00pm CST Afternoon Break (*Except Sunday the Exhibit Hall will close at 2:00pm CST) 


Key Exhibitor Deadline Dates:

  • Exhibit application and 50% deposit due to be included in online space assignment

  • Cancellations and reductions of space between this date through May 19 are subject to $550 processing fee

  • Online Space Assignment Date/Time Notification Sent

  • Online Space Assignment finalized

  • 100% payment due with exhibit space application begins 

  • Cancellations received between this date through July 2 are subject to 50% penalty and $550 processing fee

  • No refunds issued for cancellations or downsizing requests submitted after this date
