Other companies have been known to contact meeting attendees and exhibitors claiming to represent ASPS and offering assistance with hotel reservations. ASPS does not endorse these companies and recommends that you only make hotel reservations through EventSphere.
Reserve Rooms
Deposit
Neither ASPS nor EventSphere requires a deposit. However, hotels may charge your credit card a two-night room and tax deposit in advance to secure discounted rates and reservations. Please refer to PlasticSurgeryTheMeeting.com/hotels for details.
Confirmation
Confirmations are sent via email at the time of reservation; please review for accuracy once received. If the confirmation email is not received within 24 hours of making your reservation, please contact EventSphere.
Changes/Cancellations
All changes and cancellations must be made directly with EventSphere and up to 14 business days prior to scheduled arrival. An acknowledgment of your request will be emailed within 24 business hours of receipt.
Special requests
You will be asked to provide room preferences when making your reservation. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.

Booking fees are waived for Meeting reservations. International customers may contact their local United Reservation Desk.

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is an international airport approximately 2.5 miles from the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. It offers non-stop flights from cities all around the world.
