ASPS provides exhibitors with complete planning information needed to successfully prepare for their exhibit experience at Plastic Surgery The Meeting. The Prospectus and Exhibitors’ Website will serve as reliable resources during pre-planning and while on-site. Participating exhibitors will also receive periodic Exhibitor eNewsletters to keep them informed of any important updates and provide reminders for upcoming dead- lines and discounts for booth services/equipment. Please make sure to include a current exhibitor contact email address in the application for this purpose.

Sponsorship and Advertising Deadlines
Exhibitors participating in sponsorship and advertising will have additional production and fulfillment deadlines, please review those dates as well.

  • Exhibit application and 50% deposit due for online space assignment
  • Cancellations and reductions of space submitted on or before this date, subject to $550 processing fee
  • 100% payment due with exhibit space application begins

  • Cancellations received between this date and May 25, subject to 50% penalty

  • 100% payment due with exhibit space application begins
  • 50% refunds for exhibit space cancellations and downsizing begins

  • Exhibit Hall officially opens at 9:00am

  • Official closing of exhibits at 4:00 p.m.
  • Dismantle from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.

  • Dismantle 8:00am- 4:30pm
  • All exhibit material must be removed from the Exhibit Hall by 4:30 p.m.
